How Jobsite Awards ships construction safety awards
How do construction plaques, awards and tags travel?
Jobsite Awards ships worldwide, and the written quote confirms the service, charges and any customs arrangements for your address. A construction order can hold very different things in one carton: a walnut wall plaque, acrylic crew awards, aluminum signs and small bags of tags. Wood faces and acrylic edges mark easily, and tags are easy to lose in packing material. Open the box in an office, not on a tailgate. Lay the awards out against the roster and the tags against the asset list while there is still time before the ceremony or the install to raise a problem.
What should the site office check on the day the carton lands?
- Count personal awards against the crew roster and shared plaques against the proof.
- Read the project title, milestone and date on each plaque exactly as approved.
- Match every equipment tag ID to the asset register, watching for dropped zeros.
- Inspect plaque faces, acrylic edges and sign corners for marks from the journey.
- Photograph any fault with the packaging in the picture and send it with the order reference.
Order terms in brief: Low minimums · production takes no more than 7 days, plus transit · rush available · worldwide shipping · 100% satisfaction refund. Full wording in the FAQ.
